We had another lovely day of Dressage at Windmill Farm this Saturday, with the sun shining brightly on all of us. Lots of people achieved good qualifying scores, and lots of young horses were introduced to the joys of white boards, and spooky hedges!

Home riders did particularly well this time. Linsay White took part in her first competition since having baby William, 6 months ago. Riding Edel Blume, Betsy Eschels 5 year old mare, Linsay won Novice 23 with a score of 75.18. She went on to win M69 riding her own Rubins Rockstar.

Alice Elliot rode Elaine Coleridge Smiths WfD Louboutin to wins in N39 (72.24) and E45 (73.44). Alice also coaxed Elaine’s young pony WFS Cinderellow around both novice tests, achieving commendable scores of 68%+

Thank you everyone who competed on Saturday – we all enjoyed your company.
Thank you also to judges Linda Feivez (list 3) and Pam Bushell (list 2a) and to Team Windmill for all your help.

Our next affiliated event is on Wednesday 5th August, but before that we have another busy Team Quest next Saturday.
